Camera-less photography: Make your own cyanotype and cyanolumen printsParticipants will need to have an enthusiasm to learn alternative cameraless photography techniques and print making, but do not need any prior experience or knowledge of photography. This is a fun, hands on, creative workshop for those who wish to try their hand at print making using cameraless photographic techniques. The goal is to create a small set of cyanotype and cyanolumen prints to take home with you.
This is a hands on learning experience discovering the beauty of this print process. You will learn about the history of cyanotype, the chemical process and safe use of chemicals, paper coating for printing and working out devloping times. You will also develop critical thinking skills, spatial-cognitive awareness and problem solving techniques: All of which are eminently transferrable to other fields of academia and the workplace
